About the Role

The Health and Wellness Director - Bonaventure of Tigard role at Bonaventureseniorliving places you at the center of care excellence in Tigard, Oregon. Starting pay ranges from $60,000 to $65,000. You supervise the Memory Care Director and Assisted Living Director while equipping the broader care team with the knowledge and skills needed to serve residents who make this community their home. What You'll Do

• Direct the recruitment, orientation, and skill development of new care team members.
• Coordinate and track all care services so that each resident’s individualized service plan stays current and accurate.
• Engage with incoming residents to deliver seamless transitions and outstanding personalized service from day one.
• Provide full oversight and coordination of the medication administration system.
• Perform continuous quality-assurance evaluations across every facet of health services in the community.
• Uphold complete compliance with applicable rules for assisted living and memory care.
• Supervise the Assisted Living Director, Memory Care Director, and Registered Nurse Consultant positions.
• Help cover shifts when required so resident care quality never falters.
• Resolve resident and family concerns swiftly and with appropriate care.
• Exhibit mature leadership for staff and maintain a professional presence with residents and their families.

Qualifications

• Prior leadership and management experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with the regulatory requirements that govern assisted living and memory care.
• Clear, effective communication skills for working with colleagues and with those we serve.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• If not already a licensed Administrator, the capacity and motivation to obtain that license.
