This position is principally responsible for supporting the Residential Property Manager in the day-to-day operations and fiscal management of designated communities. The Assistant Property Manager will maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.

- Working under the guidance of the Property Manager to ensure community compliance with tax credit and HUD requirements

We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager who has some college education. Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred but not required.
