Cupertiano Electric is hiring a Project Administrative Assistant - Energy to join our team in Gila Bend, Maricopa County, Arizona. This is a full-time position supporting project leadership in the energy sector.

About the Role

As Project Administrative Assistant - Energy, you will provide critical administrative support to the Project Executive and project team. You'll manage schedules, coordinate communications, and maintain documentation that keeps projects running smoothly. This role combines organizational excellence with attention to detail in a dynamic energy industry environment.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate project calendars, meetings, and scheduling for the Project Executive and cross-functional team members
• Prepare and organize project documentation, reports, and correspondence
• Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; provide regular status updates
• Manage filing systems—both digital and physical—ensuring information is accessible and current
• Draft internal memos, minutes from meetings, and communication materials
• Support vendor and stakeholder coordination by managing contact information and communications
• Perform data entry and maintain project databases and spreadsheets
• Handle general office administration including mail, supplies, and expense tracking

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or associate degree preferred
• 1–2 years of administrative or clerical experience, ideally in construction, utilities, or energy projects
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a standard full-time schedule
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional local travel if needed)
