SailPoint is hiring a Professional Services Manager (fluent Arabic and English) to lead client delivery and grow a high-performing services practice across the United Arab Emirates (nationwide) (nationwide). Step into a role where identity-first security meets real career momentum.

About the Role

As a Professional Services Manager at SailPoint, you will guide customers through every stage of their journey, directing the strategic work needed to deliver SailPoint's identity security solutions. Pairing your leadership background with structured product and process training, you'll build deep fluency in our SaaS and software delivery practices. Early on you'll shadow tenured managers across active projects and sales pursuits; by your first quarter you'll own engagement scoping, client communication, team oversight, escalations, and delivery for your portfolio. Within a year, you'll lead a team handling full-lifecycle customer engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to clients, peers, and your direct reports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make sure services are delivered correctly, implemented well, and invoiced accurately and on time.
  • Collaborate across teams during sales cycles, owning services components such as presentations, RFP responses, and SOW or proposal development.
  • Act as the senior escalation contact for clients during pre-sales and post-sales phases.
  • Manage project financials with attention to profitability, productivity, and lasting client outcomes.
  • Coordinate with the Resource Management Office to allocate and prioritize staffing against business needs.
  • Provide hands-on project management for customer engagements when required.
  • Share client performance updates with senior leadership, account teams, and sales managers.
  • Work alongside Customer Success Managers to sustain satisfaction throughout each implementation.
  • Spot opportunities to expand SailPoint's solution footprint and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead your team through staffing, utilization, performance reviews, coaching, recruiting, and career development.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  • 7+ years at a software, SaaS, or consulting company.
  • 3+ years of project management experience covering planning, budget, scope, schedule, stakeholder, and risk management.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong mentorship, leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proven track record partnering with Sales to scope enterprise software services.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%.
