Professional Services Consultant

Earnix is seeking a full-time Professional Services Consultant in Dallas, Texas to lead analytics implementation projects with top-tier insurance companies and banks. You'll partner directly with client leadership to design data-driven models that shape strategic pricing decisions and product development.

About the Role

As a Professional Services Consultant, you'll be at the center of high-impact client engagements, translating complex requirements into actionable analytics solutions. This Dallas-based position combines technical problem-solving with client relationship management, allowing you to influence how leading financial services organizations make data-driven decisions.

What You'll Do

• Partner with client pricing teams and executive leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements
• Design and deliver analytics implementations that drive strategic business decisions across global insurance and banking clients
• Collaborate with software engineering and product teams to ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems
• Guide clients through best practices in data modeling and analytics strategy
• Document project specifications, deliver training, and support client success throughout implementation phases
• Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the engagement lifecycle

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience implementing analytics solutions or leading consulting projects in financial services or insurance
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities when working with C-level and technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines
• Background in pricing, risk modeling, or related quantitative disciplines preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
