This is a full-time position with growth potential, including backup responsibilities supporting Production Leadership when operational needs require.

About the Role

As a Production Utility Technician at our Viroqua dairy facility, you'll be integral to keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll work directly with production teams to maintain equipment, uphold sanitation standards, and support every stage of dairy manufacturing—from production through packaging. Your work directly impacts the safety and quality of the products we deliver.

What You'll Do

• Support production and processing operations, ensuring consistent workflow and efficiency
• Operate equipment safely and maintain it according to standard operating procedures
• Execute comprehensive sanitation and cleaning protocols to meet food safety standards
• Assist with packaging operations and material handling throughout production
• Monitor product quality and report findings to supervisors
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain workplace safety awareness
• Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting
• Serve as backup support to Production Leadership as needed

• Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or dairy operations preferred
