You will be the face of our brand on the retail floor, delivering an unforgettable experience to our guests. As a Product Guide at Arcteryx, you'll inspire our brand’s evolution by committing to bold objectives both in stores and within our communities. You are product-obsessed and seek any chance to get outside to experiment and learn firsthand how our products perform. Your connection with nature is prioritized, and you celebrate others who share this passion.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Deliver an unforgettable experience to guests on the retail floor
- Share authentic product knowledge with guests and recommend products based on their interests and needs
- Prioritize your own development, both personally and professionally, while celebrating the achievements of others
- Commit to bold objectives in stores and within our communities
Skills & Qualifications
- A strong passion for nature and outdoor activities
- Excellent communication skills to engage with guests effectively
- Demonstrated ability to share product knowledge authentically
- Experience in retail or a related field is beneficial but not required
