You are product-obsessed and seek any chance to get outside to experiment and learn firsthand how our products perform. You prioritize your connection with nature and celebrate others doing the same. You authentically share product knowledge with guests and recommend products based on their interests and needs. You also prioritize your own development, personally and professionally, and celebrate the achievements of others.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Deliver an unforgettable experience to our guests as a brand ambassador
• Inspire the evolution of our brand with bold objectives in stores and communities
• Be product-obsessed and test products in outdoor settings
• Connect with nature and celebrate others who do so
• Share product knowledge authentically with guests
• Recommend products based on guest interests and needs
• Prioritize personal development, both personally and professionally

Qualifications

You should be passionate about nature and outdoor activities. You must have excellent communication skills to engage with guests effectively. Prior experience in retail or a related field is preferred but not required. A deep understanding of outdoor products and their applications is essential.
