Pro Customer Service/Sales

Home Depot is hiring a full-time Pro Customer Service/Sales professional at our Belton location. In this role, you'll be the trusted resource for contractors, property owners, and commercial clients seeking expert guidance, efficient service, and tailored solutions for their projects and business needs.

About the Role

The Pro Customer Service/Sales position is central to the Home Depot Pro customer experience. You'll support professional builders, remodelers, maintenance teams, and business owners throughout their entire journey with us—from order placement through delivery and beyond. Your expertise and responsiveness will build lasting relationships that keep pros coming back.

What You'll Do

• Assist professional customers with product selection, availability, and ordering for construction, renovation, and maintenance projects
• Process orders accurately and efficiently, coordinating delivery and pickup options to meet customer timelines
• Manage safe loading operations and verify that materials meet job specifications
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations tailored to each customer's specific application and budget
• Develop relationships with regular professional accounts and identify opportunities for additional business
• Resolve customer concerns and coordinate solutions that keep projects on schedule
• Work collaboratively with warehouse, delivery, and store teams to ensure seamless service

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, sales, or a role serving contractors or commercial customers (retail or construction-adjacent environments preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you're comfortable explaining technical product details clearly
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment serving multiple customers
• Basic computer skills and comfort learning our ordering and inventory systems
• Reliability and a team-oriented mindset with a commitment to professional customer service
• Willingness to learn Home Depot products, services, and the construction industry
