As Principal Labor Economist at UKG, you'll drive strategic economic research and workforce analysis. What You'll Do

• Lead comprehensive labor market research and economic analysis to inform product strategy and business decisions
• Build and refine statistical models to analyze employment trends, compensation patterns, and workforce dynamics
• Collaborate with product, business, and customer teams to deliver actionable economic insights
• Author research reports and thought leadership content on labor economics and employment policy
• Develop methodologies for studying labor market trends and economic indicators relevant to our business
• Mentor team members on research practices and economic analysis

What We're Looking For

• Advanced degree in economics, labor economics, or a quantitative field
• Significant experience conducting economic research or labor market analysis
• Proficiency with statistical analysis, econometric modeling, and large datasets
• Deep knowledge of labor economics, employment trends, and compensation structures
• Strong ability to communicate complex economic analysis to diverse audiences
• Experience leading research initiatives and working across functional teams
