Principal, End-to-End Data Center Power Delivery Manager

Oracle is hiring a Principal, End-to-End Data Center Power Delivery Manager to lead the planning, design, and delivery of mission-critical power infrastructure for next-generation hyperscale data center campuses in Cammack Village, Pulaski County. This is a full-time role for a senior technical leader who will drive complex energy systems from strategy through commissioning.

About the Role

As Principal, End-to-End Data Center Power Delivery Manager, you'll own the complete lifecycle of behind-the-meter power generation and electrical infrastructure projects supporting Oracle's largest data center operations. You'll balance technical depth with executive visibility, translating power delivery requirements into executable infrastructure strategies that enable compute, storage, and cloud services at scale.

What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end power delivery system design for hyperscale data center campuses, from concept development through full commissioning
• Oversee distributed power generation infrastructure, electrical distribution systems, and resilience architecture
• Partner with data center operations, site leadership, and executive stakeholders to align power infrastructure with business objectives and growth timelines
• Manage complex projects involving multiple disciplines, vendors, and regulatory requirements
• Ensure power systems meet reliability, efficiency, and sustainability targets for mission-critical environments
• Drive innovation in power delivery technologies and operational practices

What We're Looking For

• Deep expertise in power generation systems, electrical infrastructure, and data center operations
• Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects from planning to deployment
• Strong leadership experience in complex, multidisciplinary technical environments
