Key Responsibilities

• Act as a dependable partner to the Brand President and CEO, anticipating needs and managing the flow of the executive office.
• Provide senior-level administrative and operational support, handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and priorities to maximize the leader's time and effectiveness.
• Help facilitate collaboration and communication across the Banana Republic Leadership Team.
