Position Summary
At Parsons, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Director to lead our Federal Civilian Programs. This role is pivotal in driving strategic initiatives and managing complex projects within the federal civilian sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, project management, and a deep understanding of federal procurement processes.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive portfolio strategies to support program growth and success.
- Manage multiple high-profile projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, clients, and internal teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of federal civilian programs.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in project management or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; a master's degree or additional certifications are preferred.
