EnsembleIQ is hiring a Senior Account Executive – B2B Media Retail Industry, a full-time, remote opportunity open to professionals located anywhere in the United States (nationwide) (nationwide). If you thrive on consultative selling and building integrated media programs for retail clients, this role puts you at the center of EnsembleIQ's brand portfolio growth.
About the Role
As a Senior Account Executive focused on the retail industry, you will grow revenue across EnsembleIQ's full suite of offerings — live events, digital media, print media, and sponsored custom content. Working remotely from anywhere in the United States (nationwide) (nationwide), you'll apply a consultative, needs-based selling style to help retail clients solve real business growth and marketing challenges with tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultative selling: Run discovery conversations with clients and decision-makers to surface gaps in their go-to-market approach.
- Integrated program design: Build strategic packages spanning event sponsorships, digital media, custom content, and research across the brand portfolio.
- Client meetings & presentations: Hold weekly consultative meetings and deliver sharp presentations that close high-value programs.
- Execution & delivery: Collaborate with internal production and execution teams to bring sold programs to life flawlessly.
- Pipeline management: Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue accurately while keeping the CRM (Launchpad) current and reliable.
- Industry presence: Represent EnsembleIQ at key events to win new business and nurture relationships, with travel of roughly 20%.
- Market intelligence: Stay fluent in your assigned brands, their audiences, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven success selling B2B integrated media and event solutions to industry suppliers.
- A consistent record of beating sales targets and managing complex, multi-platform client relationships.
- Strong sales analytics skills, including spreadsheet functions such as pivot tables and sorting to track sales velocity and territory white space; ability to build sales presentations and apply AI within the sales process.
- Solid command of digital analytics and audience metrics to spot pre-sale opportunities and report post-sale results.
- Excellent organization, follow-through, and verbal and written communication.
- Bachelor's degree required.
