Key Responsibilities Consultative selling: Run discovery conversations with clients and decision-makers to surface gaps in their go-to-market approach. Client meetings & presentations: Hold weekly consultative meetings and deliver sharp presentations that close high-value programs. Execution & delivery: Collaborate with internal production and execution teams to bring sold programs to life flawlessly. Pipeline management: Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue accurately while keeping the CRM (Launchpad) current and reliable. Industry presence: Represent EnsembleIQ at key events to win new business and nurture relationships, with travel of roughly 20%. Market intelligence: Stay fluent in your assigned brands, their audiences, and the competitive landscape. Qualifications 5+ years of proven success selling B2B integrated media and event solutions to industry suppliers. A consistent record of beating sales targets and managing complex, multi-platform client relationships. Strong sales analytics skills, including spreadsheet functions such as pivot tables and sorting to track sales velocity and territory white space; ability to build sales presentations and apply AI within the sales process.
