What You'll Do

• Research, analyze, and evaluate existing and proposed policies to assess impact, feasibility, and alignment with organizational objectives
• Identify operational gaps and develop policy-level recommendations that enhance efficiency and program delivery
• Build data-driven policy proposals supported by research, stakeholder input, and evidence-based practices
• Draft and review policy documents, implementation guidance, and operational procedures for clarity and compliance
• Partner with cross-functional teams across operations, leadership, and external stakeholders to gather requirements and perspectives
• Monitor policy implementation and conduct reviews to measure effectiveness and identify refinements
• Track regulatory developments and industry trends that affect your policy area
• Provide analytical support and research to senior leadership on strategic policy initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, business, economics, political science, or related discipline
• 2–4 years of professional experience in policy analysis, government operations, program management, or related policy roles
• Strong analytical and research capabilities with ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across organizational levels and with diverse stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent initiatives
• Experience in government operations, public sector policy, or regulatory compliance preferred
