The Opportunity

As a Christmas Casual, you'll bring energy, good vibes, and a can-do attitude to our busiest (and most fun) time of year. From helping customers find their perfect kicks to unpacking stock or packing online orders, every shift brings something new.

Core Duties

• Assist customers in finding the right footwear for any occasion
• Help with stock management and unpacking deliveries
• Pack and process online orders efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Participate in holiday-themed events and promotions

Qualifications

• A friendly and outgoing personality
• Basic knowledge of shoe styles and brands
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic computer skills for order processing (if applicable)
