About the Role

This Platform Engineer (Cloud SRE Ops) opportunity at Assurity Trusted Solutions places you at the centre of cloud platform stability and efficiency in Singapore. You will help deliver dependable infrastructure that supports continuous service availability, drawing on site reliability engineering methods to balance speed of delivery with operational resilience on a contract basis.

Your Responsibilities

• Build, configure and maintain scalable cloud platforms that underpin critical services
• Apply site reliability engineering techniques to raise system uptime, performance and fault tolerance
• Implement automation for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management and continuous delivery pipelines
• Establish comprehensive monitoring, alerting and observability solutions to detect and resolve issues rapidly
• Lead incident response, perform root-cause investigations and drive permanent improvements
• Partner with development and operations teams to streamline deployment workflows and platform usability
• Uphold security baselines, capacity planning and cost-aware platform practices

Who We're Looking For

• Proven background as a Platform Engineer or in Cloud SRE Ops roles with hands-on ownership of production platforms
• Solid grasp of site reliability engineering principles, service-level objectives and reliability metrics
• Competence with major cloud environments, container orchestration platforms and infrastructure-as-code tooling
• Skill in scripting or programming for automation together with modern monitoring and logging stacks
• Experience collaborating across engineering groups while prioritising operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical mindset and clear communication suited to a contract assignment in Singapore
