Plaintiff Mass-Tort Attorney

Gpac is seeking a Plaintiff Mass‑Tort Attorney to join its team in Mesquite, Dallas.

About the Role

This position focuses on handling mass‑tort and complex personal‑injury matters from initial case intake through resolution. The attorney will work closely with a dedicated litigation team to advance high‑exposure claims on behalf of plaintiffs.

What You'll Do

• Manage a docket of mass‑tort cases, including tracking deadlines and coordinating case activities.
• Conduct factual investigations, gather evidence, and identify expert witnesses.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement documents.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation as needed.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and address concerns.
• Stay current on developments in mass‑tort litigation and relevant procedural rules.

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in Texas.
• Three to six years of plaintiff‑side mass‑tort or complex personal‑injury litigation experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities for effective client and team collaboration.
• Commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for injured individuals.
