• Conduct thorough patient consultations and obtain detailed medical histories focused on digestive disorders
• Order, interpret, and discuss diagnostic tests such as imaging and laboratory studies related to gastroenterology
• Perform standard endoscopic procedures including colonoscopy and upper endoscopy to diagnose and treat conditions
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans involving medications, lifestyle guidance, or further interventions
• Coordinate care with referring physicians, surgeons, and multidisciplinary staff to ensure seamless patient management

Requirements

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

• Board certification or board eligibility in Gastroenterology
• Valid and unrestricted medical license eligibility for practice in Oregon
• Proven proficiency in core gastroenterology procedures and patient evaluation techniques
