The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in providing early intervention services for infants and toddlers. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for professionals at all stages of their career journey, whether you're a seasoned PT ready for a new challenge or a recent graduate eager to start your professional path with support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluation and assessment of infants and toddlers' physical development needs
• Designing individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each client
• Providing education to families and caregivers regarding home programs and ongoing support

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of Lebanon, Pennsylvania
• Experience working with infants and toddlers (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
• A passion for early intervention and a commitment to improving the lives of young children through physical therapy
