Physical Therapist

Jupitermed is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a full-time position at Main Campus, where you can apply clinical expertise to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify impairments in strength, range of motion, balance, and functional capacity among patients seeking Physical Therapist support at Main Campus
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans that incorporate progressive exercises, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities suited to each case
• Guide patients through active therapy sessions while teaching self-management strategies to sustain gains outside clinical visits
• Track outcomes carefully, modifying interventions in response to progress or changing needs to achieve optimal results
• Coordinate seamlessly with physicians, caregivers, and allied professionals to integrate Physical Therapist recommendations into broader care strategies
• Complete timely and precise documentation of findings, interventions, and patient responses to meet professional and regulatory expectations

What We're Looking For

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist along with graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessing musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional deficits common to Physical Therapist practice
• Clear ability to communicate complex concepts simply so patients and families understand and engage fully in their care
• Capacity to thrive in collaborative settings while independently managing caseloads at a Main Campus facility
• Dedication to continuous learning and the application of current best practices in rehabilitation
