What You'll Do

• Operate cash registers and process customer payments with accuracy and attention to detail
• Welcome customers warmly and provide courteous, efficient checkout service
• Answer customer questions about products, services, and pharmacy offerings
• Address and resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Assist customers in locating items and understanding our available services
• Maintain a clean, organized checkout area and follow cash-handling procedures
• Support the pharmacy team in delivering a positive customer experience
• Follow all company policies and safety protocols
