About the Role

This full-time Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney position places you at the heart of a litigation team that represents injured clients against insurers and opposing counsel. Based in Galena Park, within the greater Houston area of Harris County, the role is high-impact and hands-on, giving you direct exposure to every stage of personal injury litigation while you manage a substantial, active docket.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including settlement and trial.
• Oversee a robust caseload, keeping each file moving efficiently and on schedule.
• Prepare and argue motions, conduct discovery, and take depositions.
• Build persuasive case strategies and represent clients in negotiations and courtroom proceedings.
• Collaborate with paralegals, support staff, and senior attorneys to deliver strong outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law and admission to the Bar in good standing.
• 1–3 years of dedicated plaintiff personal injury experience.
