About the Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative with Afni in Benson, Cochise County, you'll field incoming calls and guide each customer toward a clear resolution. Career paths in this position begin at $17.50 per hour, made up of a $17.00 base rate plus a $0.50 on-site differential. Because the role is performed in person at our facility, you should apply only if you're able to work on-site. Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to questions with patience and professionalism
- Identify each caller's needs and deliver accurate, helpful solutions

- Available to work on-site, in person, at the Benson, Cochise County facility
- Strong verbal communication and active-listening skills

- Comfort navigating computer systems while speaking with callers
