About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Electrical Project Manager opportunity based in Fort Collins, Larimer County. Gpac has been retained to identify a driven construction professional ready to oversee electrical projects from preconstruction through final completion. You will serve as the central point of coordination for clients, field crews, and vendors, ensuring every job is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of electrical construction projects, from planning and estimating support through closeout.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to keep work on track.
• Coordinate with field supervisors, electricians, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow and quality.
• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, addressing questions and providing clear progress updates.
• Review plans, specifications, and contracts to confirm compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Track costs, process change orders, and report on project performance to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing electrical construction projects, ideally in the commercial or industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, the National Electrical Code, and construction practices.
• Solid skills in budgeting, scheduling, and reading blueprints and specifications.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities to lead teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work on-site in the Fort Collins area; this position is not remote.
