About This Position

We are seeking experienced Performance Marketing Specialists to join our team. As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Aventra Media, you will be responsible for driving the success of our clients' digital advertising campaigns by leveraging Facebook Ads and Google Ads. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that optimize performance metrics such as cost per conversion, click-through rate, and return on ad spend.

Core Duties

• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance
• Create and manage Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce and international clients
• Optimize ad creatives and landing pages to enhance user engagement and conversion rates
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure ongoing success of campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client goals
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or similar role
• Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords Editor, and Facebook Business Manager
