About This Position
We are currently seeking a Per Diem / PRN Nurse RN for PreOp and PACU - Post Anesthesia Care in Round Rock, Texas. This is an ongoing opportunity with potential to work up to 16 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to patients before, during, and after anesthesia procedures
- Assess patient needs and ensure safety throughout the perioperative process
- Administer medications as directed by a physician
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care
What We're Looking For
- A current RN license in the state of Texas
- Experience working in PreOp or PACU environments preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of perioperative care and post-anesthesia protocols
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including days as needed
- Prior experience with moderate sedation a plus
