- Background supporting performance management, employee relations, career pathways, engagement programming, and organizational questions
- Ability to operate flexibly inside a People Operations setting and step in on talent or recruiting needs when required
- Comfort recommending clear solutions and helping managers select people decisions that benefit overall progress
