Home Health Care, Inc. is hiring part-time Home Health Aides to provide compassionate in-home care for clients throughout Landfall. Work flexible shifts—days, evenings, overnights, and weekends—and earn $20.00–$23.00 per hour with opportunities for performance bonuses.
About the Role
As a Home Health Aide with our organization, you'll deliver direct personal care and support that enables our clients to maintain independence and dignity in their own homes. This is hands-on work where your presence, attention, and skill directly improve quality of life for the people you serve.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with activities of daily living—bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Help with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed
- Offer medication reminders and monitor basic health and wellness
- Deliver compassionate companionship and emotional support
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team
- Document care visits and report any changes or concerns
What We're Looking For
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Developmental Support Professional (DSP), or Independent Living Specialist (ILS) certification
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and genuine care for others
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Background clearance eligibility
