PAYROLL SYSTEM AND PROCESS LEAD - DAY RATE CONTRACT - IMMEDIATE START

The Opportunity

Troocoo, based in Brisbane CBD, Brisbane, Australia, is seeking a Payroll System and Process Lead to join their team on an immediate start basis. The role involves continuing the remediation program aimed at improving time and attendance data accuracy and transitioning from roster-based pay to actuals-based pay.

What You'll Do

• Clean up and verify time and attendance data
• Chase down issues and ensure timely resolution
• Sanity-check payroll reports for accuracy
• Communicate effectively with a wide group of stakeholders to maintain alignment on objectives

What You Bring

• Proven experience in payroll operations, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with payroll systems and processes
