About the Role
The Part-Time Sales Teammate is at the heart of our store's mission: making each visit as pleasant and welcoming as possible. In this Smyrna, Rutherford County position, you'll support the daily flow of the store by blending genuine customer service with hands-on sales, merchandising, and operational duties. Working under the direction of Store Management at The Avenue Murfreesboro, you'll keep the shopping floor running smoothly while ensuring Guests feel valued from the moment they walk in.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an enjoyable, attentive shopping experience that reflects our commitment to Guest satisfaction
- Handle cashiering and follow established register procedures accurately
- Build and maintain merchandise displays, and complete product pulls as needed
- Carry out routine cleaning to keep the store tidy, organized, and inviting
- Take on additional sales, merchandising, and operational tasks assigned by Store Management
