Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexible availability, including weekends and seasonal peak hours
• Comfortable with basic arithmetic for transactions and change-making
• Capable of standing, walking, and lifting merchandise throughout your shift
• Reliable access to transportation to the Gahanna, Ohio store
• A customer-first mindset and genuine passion for retail
