Role Overview

To enhance operational efficiencies, client liaison and retention, service delivery, and quality patient management within our healthcare facilities, we are seeking a dedicated Paramedic to join our team. This role is integral in ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage emergency situations, providing immediate medical attention as required.
• Assess patient conditions, administer first aid and necessary treatments, and ensure proper documentation of all interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
• Participate in training sessions and continuous professional development activities to maintain proficiency and update knowledge on current medical practices.

Skills & Qualifications

• A recognized Paramedic qualification from a reputable institution.
• Current registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (nationwide) (nationwide) (HPCSA).
• Demonstrated experience in emergency medical services or related field is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
• A strong commitment to patient care and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives.
