Position Summary
FitzRoy is seeking a proactive and driven Oliver McGowan Programme & Training Coordination Manager to develop, coordinate, and grow our external Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training offer. This role will involve developing partnerships with commissioners and other organizations, identifying strategies to help more customers access our training.

- Develop, coordinate, and grow the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training offer externally.
- Build strong relationships with commissioners and other organizations to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Identify strategies to increase customer access to our training programs.
