About This Position

The US CEO communications team at Deloitte is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a Firm Associate Director, Communications. In this role, you will lead strategic communications for the US CEO, driving the executive's public presence, media relationships, and external narrative in alignment with Deloitte's most critical business priorities.

• Develop and execute communication strategies that support the US CEO’s public image and messaging
• BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG MEDIA RELATIONSHIPS TO ENSURE POSITIVE PUBLIC PERCEPTION OF THE CEO AND DELIOTTES BRAND
• CREATE AND MANAGE CONTENT FOR MULTIPLE PLATFORMS, INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA, BLOGS, AND NEWS RELEASES
• COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY IN COMMUNICATIONS EFFORTS

Your Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute communication strategies that support the US CEO’s public image and messaging

• CREATE AND MANAGE CONTENT FOR MULTIPLE PLATFORMS, INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA, BLOGS, AND NEWS RELEASES
• COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO ENSURE CONSISTENCY IN COMMUNICATIONS EFFORTS

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a seasoned communications professional with the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact communication strategies
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• Strong media relations and public speaking abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior leadership
