Role Overview

The role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique financial needs and develop tailored NetSuite implementations. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and customizing NetSuite systems to meet client requirements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and optimizing business processes. This position requires a deep understanding of financial accounting principles and strong technical skills in NetSuite.

Your Responsibilities

• Assess clients' current financial operations and identify areas for improvement
• Design and implement NetSuite solutions that align with client-specific needs
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including system configurations and user guides
• Train end-users on the use of NetSuite systems to ensure effective adoption
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting or related field, with at least 3 years of NetSuite implementation experience
• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards such as GAAP, IFRS, etc.
• Experience with NetSuite modules including Financials, Procurement, Inventory Management, and others
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
