Level II Radiographer – NDE/NDT Inspection Technician

Braun Intertec Corporation is hiring a full-time Level II Radiographer – NDE/NDT Inspection Technician in Minot, North Dakota, to lead nondestructive examination work across field and laboratory assignments.

About the Role

As a Level II Radiographer with Braun Intertec Corporation in Minot, you will serve as the on-site crew lead, carrying out a range of nondestructive testing methods and ensuring inspection work is completed accurately and to specification. This hands-on position blends technical expertise with leadership, giving you ownership of assigned projects from execution through documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct radiographic, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual inspections on designated field and laboratory projects
• Operate independently and act as the crew lead at job sites, directing daily inspection activity
• Coach and train assistants on correct testing methods, procedures, and safety practices
• Compile inspection reports, results, and related project documentation

Qualifications

• Certification as an NDE Level II Radiographer
• Practical experience performing ultrasonic, radiographic, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, and visual testing
• Ability to work independently and lead a crew on active job sites
• Strong attention to detail in preparing accurate technical reports and documentation
• Willingness to support and mentor junior team members on proper inspection processes
