About the Role
The CE Shop, a private-equity-backed online education company serving regulated professions in real estate, financial services, and architecture/engineering/construction through brands including The CE Shop, AD Banker, and Amber Book, is launching an independent business unit focused on building and launching AI-native exam-prep and certification products. We're seeking a New Venture Director to identify market opportunities, design scalable processes, and launch new products with P&L ownership.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner in finalizing and prioritizing target credentials and markets based on completed market research
- Design scalable production and go-to-market processes for the Lab
- Collaborate with technology teams to develop supporting infrastructure
- Take ownership of launching, managing, and scaling a portfolio of new products and businesses
What You Bring
- Significant experience building and launching online education, certification, exam-prep, or related digital products with P&L ownership
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field preferred
- A proven track record of successfully identifying and validating new market opportunities
- Strong leadership skills to manage and scale a team within an independent business unit
- Experience with AI-native production processes including content creation, personalization, QA, marketing operations, and more
