About the Role
As a New Home Housing Consultant (Sales Associate) with Alta Cima, you'll serve as the trusted on-site expert for prospective homebuyers visiting our communities in the Mission area of Pima County. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Tucson, AZ — perfect for a relationship-driven professional who thrives on face-to-face connection and closing meaningful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage prospective buyers, understanding their needs and matching them to the right new home.
- Lead customers through every stage of the buying journey, from first tour to final sale.
- Showcase model homes, floor plans, and community features with confidence and product expertise.
- Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
- Follow up consistently with leads to move opportunities toward close.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for sales, customer service, and helping people find the right home.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset suited to a commission-driven environment.
- Availability to work a retail schedule that includes Saturdays (our offices are closed Sundays).
- Comfort working on-site in Tucson, AZ — this is not a remote position.
Compensation
This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonus opportunities. On-target earnings (OTE) provide first-year potential of $100,000–$125,000, with strong six-figure income potential in year two and beyond for top performers.
