About This Position
LPL Financial is seeking a motivated and technology-driven new graduate to join our team as a Software Engineer. As part of the New Grad 2027 program, you will contribute to innovative solutions that support financial advisors and their clients. You will work alongside experienced engineers and mentors, gaining hands-on experience with modern software development practices, cloud technologies, and AI-powered tools.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team of experienced engineers on real-world projects
- Gain practical experience in modern software development techniques <liExplore and implement cloud technologies to enhance product offerings <liApply AI-powered tools to solve complex problems and improve user experiences <liParticipate in code reviews, pair programming, and other collaborative activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
