What This Role Involves

The role of a Construction Supervisor at Evoenergy involves overseeing the construction, maintenance, and operation of critical electricity infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on approach will contribute significantly to the successful delivery of projects across various grounds and zones within the ACT.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction, maintenance, and operation activities in grounds and zones assets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff to ensure they meet project requirements.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Able to work independently, while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
