About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Technical. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our production facility operates efficiently and without interruptions. This is a full-time position based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, UK, UK with no remote work options.
The role involves working on a rotating shift pattern: 4 On, 3 Off, 3 On, 4 Off (Days & Nights). The base salary for this position is £55,000 per annum, with the potential for overtime. Additional benefits are also available to support your work-life balance.
Your Responsibilities
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment
- Ensuring all machinery is kept in optimal working condition
- Participating in planned preventative maintenance programs
- Assisting with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly
- Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities
- Collaborating closely with the engineering manager to prioritize tasks effectively

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within manufacturing or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly
- Familiarity with various maintenance tools, techniques, and procedures
