About the Role

At Knock, we are redefining the home buying and selling experience. As a Bridge Loan Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our journey to simplify this process for thousands of homebuyers. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute in a hybrid position that combines traditional processing and underwriting responsibilities. You will be responsible for reviewing Knock Bridge Loans to ensure they are complete, accurate, and meet regulatory compliance requirements and internal underwriting guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing Knock Bridge Loans to verify completeness and accuracy.
• Ensuring loans meet regulatory compliance requirements and internal underwriting guidelines.
• Providing quick turnaround times for loan processing.
• Offering high-level customer service during the review process.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in mortgage processing or underwriting is preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements for home loans.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
