What This Role Involves

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) for a 13-week contract assignment in St. Louis, Missouri. This role is based in a clinical laboratory setting where you will be instrumental in performing a variety of laboratory tests.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to the accurate and timely analysis of patient samples
• Perform a wide range of laboratory tests, including but not limited to blood, urine, and tissue analyses
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality control measures
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of accurate test results
• Keep up-to-date with the latest laboratory techniques and technologies

What We're Looking For

• A degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• Licensed as an MLT by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (or eligible for licensure)
• Minimum 1 year experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and software
