About the Role

As a Mission Program Lead at Guidehouse, you'll operate at the nexus of policy, strategy, and execution within the defense and national security sectors. You'll dissolve organizational silos, align stakeholder interests, and propel programs forward in classified settings where impact matters profoundly. This position requires an active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph examination and involves travel up to 10% annually.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate across federal agencies, military commands, and intelligence organizations to advance shared mission objectives
• Build and sustain coalitions among competing interests and organizational structures
• Lead program strategy, execution planning, and delivery in sensitive national security contexts
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communications within classified environments
• Remove barriers and drive progress in complex, bureaucratic landscapes
• Travel as needed to support program oversight and interagency coordination

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading mission-driven programs in defense, national security, or federal government contexts
• Active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph eligibility or current polygraph status
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus across siloed, hierarchical organizations
• Strategic judgment combined with operational execution capability
• Comfort working in classified and sensitive environments
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills at senior stakeholder levels
