What We're Looking For

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a MIG Welder/Fabricator in a manufacturing environment

• Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration within the team
