The Opportunity

We are seeking a SENIOR MIG WELDER/FABRICATOR to join our Weld Team in this custom er-focused industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for producing high-quality welds and fabrications that meet customer specifications and expectations.

Core Duties

• Perform MIG welding on various materials and components to exacting standards
• Create precise metal fabrications using a variety of techniques
• Ensure all work meets quality control standards
• Work efficiently to meet production deadlines without compromising quality
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and productivity

Requirements

• Proven experience as a MIG Welder/Fabricator, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
• Familiarity with various welding techniques and safety protocols
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Basic understanding of metal properties and heat treatment processes
