What This Role Involves
The role of a MIG Welder/Fabricator at Webco Manufacturing involves working on custom equipment with precision and efficiency. You will be responsible for producing high-quality welds that meet customer specifications and expectations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding tasks in an evening shift from 3:30 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Thursday.
- Ensure all welds are of the highest quality, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
- Fabricate and assemble custom equipment according to detailed blueprints and customer requirements.

We seek a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator who is both efficient and precise. Key skills required include:
- Experience with MIG welding techniques and processes.
- A proven track record of producing high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
