About the Role
As a Mergers & Acquisition Strategy Manager at Accenture, you will partner with senior leaders and clients to evaluate, structure, and execute transactions that unlock value across the enterprise. Based in Boston, you will translate complex business goals into actionable M&A roadmaps, combining sharp analytical rigor with a clear point of view on how digital and AI can accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine merger, acquisition, and divestiture strategies aligned to client and enterprise objectives.
- Lead due diligence, target screening, and value-creation analysis across the deal lifecycle.
- Build financial models, synergy assessments, and integration plans that support confident decision-making.
- Advise stakeholders on how a strong digital core and AI capabilities can amplify deal outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to move opportunities from evaluation through execution.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in M&A strategy, corporate development, transaction advisory, or related management consulting.
- Strong command of financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and communicate clearly with executive stakeholders.
- Comfort working on-site in Boston, Suffolk County, in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
